Full Parallax
In 'full' parallax both the background (the images) and the forground (text) are moving when the page is scrolled, although at different speed. The idea is to give an illusion of depth.
This downloadable file had to be built in a special way to make it work as a component. You will find further instructions in the component itself.
This parallax will work in IE11, but not on mobile devices. On phones and tablets everything will scroll up and away.
