Animated Rules
If you have a paragraph or some other element that you want to stand out from the rest of your content, you can use these rules to frame it.
They are not actual 'rules' but 'div's that can be tweaked a bit more than the 'hr' rules. There is a small script in the 2nd box on the Element pane, and the rest of the tweaking is done in the Effect part on the Styles pane.
If you have content between those rules, like you see in the example, you need to open the canvas to wide view and give the holding container a min-height of at least the height of the image plus possible top and bottom padding and margins. If you don't set a min-height, the lower line will appear below the paragraph and then make a detour to drop down below the image. That would probably look a bit odd.
