As long as you are working with it in Site Designer, it will just appear in one line, though. The 'action' starts when viewed in a browser (the internal previews don't work for this).
There are two optional classes for the text; .small and .medium. You can choose the one that you like. The page here displays the class .small. If .medium is chosen, the text will stay as a line and spin around an imagined center point within that line.
However, if viewed in IE11, regardless which class has been chosen, the text will behave as in .medium.
